Cancellation Policy

Parties can be cancelled or rescheduled up to 48 hours in advance inside the booking portal at bookonline.fizzyfairway.com. Please register when booking in order to allow for online cancellations and reschedules. To cancel a party, it MUST be done in this bookings portal. Fizzy Fairway team members cannot access the bookings calendar, it is automated. EMAIL info@fizzyfairway.com for questions regarding accessing the bookings portal. Parties cancelled with more than 48 hours notice through the booking portal will automatically refund the customer's payment card 90% of the total amount. 

The only condition in which a party can be rescheduled within 48 hours is due to weather deemed severe by The Fizzy Fairway manager. In this instance, the party may be rescheduled for an open future time, but not cancelled. All cancellations within 48 hours will be refunded at 50% of the total cost of the service. To reschedule within 48 hours for any reason will result in a $35 rescheduling fee that must be paid prior to the party via emailed invoice. 

Assumption of Liability

The customer understands that he/she is liable for any damage done to The Fizzy Fairway's property during his/her party, regardless of who in the party causes the damage. By agreeing to this when booking online, the customer acknowledges and accepts that they will be billed for and must pay for any damage incurred during their party.
