Party booking terms:
Your booking will include private access to the mini golf course for 2 hours. Your booking will include access for up to 20 guests. Additional guests will be $5 per guest and will be limited based on fire safety as needed.
Guests do include all adults and children
Our staff and your party guests do not want to have to worry over who is or isn't allowed to play. Everyone attending should be able to have fun!
As it is difficult for staff to keep an eye on every individual throughout the entire party, we just assume everyone is there to have fun and play. Due to that, all adults are included as guests.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION: Set up can happen briefly before your party time (15 minutes or less) but our facility will remain open during this time. If you would like to purchase additional set up time or a private 15 minutes to set up, please call us to book that time.
You must vacate the building at the end of this time slot, which allots 15 minutes to specifically clean up after your party. At the start of this cleaning time - no further gaming or golfing will ensue. Guests other than those with the host's traveling party must be leaving or cleaning. All putters and balls will be returned in order to clean the space by the end of your party time.
All damages to property are the responsibility of the person who books the party (host). It is important that all party guests act responsibly and treat the property and building with respect and cautiousness. This is private property, and any damages to such property or building will need to be repaired at the expense of the booking person.
With this in mind, be sure to always be mindful of your guests and their actions. It is important that children are not left unsupervised, as their actions are still the responsibility of the booking person. If you or your guests are acting irresponsibly, they will be asked to leave. This can mean guests are asked to leave or an entire party is asked to leave. In this event, no refund will be provided. Damages will be billed to the booking person. Damages unpaid after 30 days will begin to incur a 5% monthly fee until payment is collected.

Cancellation policy:
Please provide 7 days notice to receive 100% refund. 72 hours notice will receive 50% refund. Less than 72 hours will result in no refund as we have already scheduled staffing. If you need to reschedule, please call instead of cancelling through the website, as that will not provide a refund. Closures due to weather or other unexpected incidents will provide an opportunity to reschedule, free of charge.
Refunds will be provided within 30 days via check. If not picked up within this time, they will be forfeit.
